Bunny Macaron free pattern.

Remember the Unicorn macaron amigurumi that i made few years back?. It was one of the most loved posts in my blog and thought i'd make a kawaii macaron series featuring cute animal macarons every month. With Easter coming up soon, I've decided on a bunny macaron this time. Like most of my projects, these bunny macarons are super quick to make and would make a great filler for little kids Easter basket. Read below for instructions.

Switch to white colour yarn and work in back loops only,
R8: sc in each st (36).
Fasten off the first (top half) macaron but don't cut off the yarn in the 2nd piece (bottom half of macaron). We'll be using it to join the two macaron pieces.
Add 8 mm safety eyes 3 rows away and one row down from the center on either side of the first macaron.

Assembling:
Bring both the macaron parts with wrong sides facing in (continue crocheting with the yarn from second macaron piece). Join by making slip stitch on the outer loops of both the macaron pieces (see pic 4).

We continue to sl st in each of the outer loops of the macaron pieces. Start stuffing when you are three fourth done and stuff as you go till you close the macaron ends.
Sew on the ears at the top of the macaron.
Finally attach the bow below the ears.

Your bunny macaron is now done! Do check out my Amigurumi Bunny pattern if you'd like to make some for Easter.
